Smt. Shishira is the Founder Director of Yashassu Academy and a founding member and Director of Vaktum Educations Private Limited, Mysuru, a renowned public-speaking and soft-skills training academy.
A visionary educator, she is passionate about nurturing communication skills, employability and confidence among students and competitive-examination aspirants. Recognising the need for structured and high-quality coaching in Commerce, Management and related disciplines, she founded Yashassu Academy to provide expert guidance, comprehensive study resources, systematic training and personalised support.
Through Yashassu Academy, she aims to create an inclusive and result-oriented learning platform that empowers aspirants to realise their potential and achieve academic and professional success.
